BEST ZIPLINES AND HORSEBACK RIDING AROUND! Very laid back, and private! We had the MOST fun for the BEST price than any other place we have been to around here.

This is the most friendliest bunch of people you could ever come upon. In my travels in and around Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and surrounding communities, I have rarely found anyone as helpful, safety oriented, personally concerned and just down right easy to speak with. The prices were very easy on the wallet and still competitive with other like businesses in the area. My party and those of the other 2 parties involved with our zip-line and riding experience were treated as if we were the most important people there. This is a MUST do entertainment any time your in this area of the country and wanting to see delights of the eyes and experience the thrill of zip-lining.

First of all the horse I had is named Santos. Supposedly a "kids horse" . The horse was completely stubborn. Wouldn't stop, wanted to run, and almost threw me. I was so terrified that I couldn't control this horse that as soon as I had the chance I hopped off. The horse went back to the stable and I walked half the trail back. The staff was worse. As I came down the mountain shaken and crying, not one of them asked if I was ok or what happened. They acted offended that I let the horse go. No apology, no refund, no concern except for the horse. Horrible experience made worse by horrible staff.
