Was not accurate on the conditions of the river. No refunds. If you use this one ask those coming back about their trip.

I should have known when I pulled into the empty parking lot on July 4th this business was no good. I came with two other families and the owner of the Tube Junction asked if we were all paying together. When we said, "no" he remarked that we "were making it difficult". He doesn't share with each party where to put in or get picked up. He was rather rude in explaining to me and another customer where we would be picked up. And to really top it off we were harassed when we stopped along the way and rushed along so he wouldn't have to wait on us!



We are still in utter disbelief of our experience. I wish I could give Tube Junction a "0" but "1" is as low as it goes.
