Leave all the messages you want and no one will ever call you back! Even if your insurance company calls them and leaves a message, they won't even return their calls! Parked car was hit by a cabbie 80 days ago! You would think it would be an open and shut case but not with these people. Time to contact a lawyer and file a complaint at the Maryland Department of Insurances! No stars for this sad excuse of a insurance company!

I wish it were possible to give zero stars. I was hit by a driver insured by this company. My car has been stuck in the shop, ready, for almost three weeks. This company will not return my phone calls nor the ones made by the repair shop. We have been waiting for confirmation of payment so my car can be released from the shop for almost two weeks with no explanation. The business hours are from 8:30-4:30, but calls are not answered after 3:30. Their hours make it very difficult for anyone with regular working hours to get in contact with the company, even if they were responsive. Their level of professionalism and customer care is nonexistent. I cannot believe that they are still allowed to be in business. I will be contacting the Maryland Auto Insurance Commissioner to report this company.
