I hosted a Baby Shower for my daughter here 2wks ago the worse experience ever the owner Gia charges for EVERYTHING down to ice When I arrived to set up the decor I paid for was set up incorrectly by Gia I spent most of my setup time instructing how the decor should be after going over the flr plans 3 times prior Gia took no responsibility for this nor did she apologize. She even used my decor for a party the next day and charged them for it. If you had a party on Mon 2/1/16 and were charged for white & gray poms and lanterns you should get your money back. I asked to be pd her response was I left them when they weren't down when I came for them I could go on about this down to how Gia badgered me because I complicated her staff and not her to the point that she followed me to the parking lot stopped me to demand an explanation when she gave 100 % yes ruining my event 100 % with the nickel and diming incorrect setup lack of accountability insulting my intellec and unethical tactics.
