Provided by YP.comI just discovered Home Goods about a year ago and fell in love. The location I usually go to is a great store with good customer service, friendly employees, and beautiful product. The Towson location is a completely different story. There is little merchandise, and what they do have isn't what I would call impressive. I know this store is supposed to be a high volume, but you would think they would at least try to keep an appropriate amount of product on the shelves. The staff doesn't seem to be very knowledgeable, and frankly, they don't seem very happy. I've given the Towson location many opportunities to impress me, but they just haven't. I won't be going back... I'll continue to visit my usual location.
