ZERO STAR ON ALTERATIONS!!!! These people should be ashamed of themselves. Ive personally seen their wedding gown alterations and it looked like my ten year old altered it. Cut material which you NEVER do on a wedding gown. Used black marker or pen to mark tne loops, which was still on the dress when picked up. Dress was filthy. The wrong materia, was used for the lace up loops, the loops were completely frayed. NOW THE HEM!!!! I have never in my 34 years of watching my mother alter and sew seen a hem this bad. Instead of taking the lace hem off and then alter the netting, they kept the lace om and sewed the netting up in many different p, aces. it wasnt even the lace DID NOT line up around the bottom at all. AND instead of using pins they used STAPLES!!!!!! AND LEFT THEM IN!!!!! Thats just a few things wrong. A one page list was made of things that needed to be fixed. HIDEOUS WORK! THAT PLACE SHOUKD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES.

Don’t know what these bridegodzilla problems were but they’re stupid. Both of my girls have gotten their gowns there and I’ve been coming here for years. This is a great place and the owner and employees couldn’t be kinder nor is there a better place. Stupid bridegodzilla’s!!!

The service is personable, selection outstanding and follow up couldn’t be better. They only want to sale what you fall in love with and will tell you their honest opinion if it's not that great on you. I will be coming back time and time again.
