Restaurant sucks

I go there all the time and I really pay attention to details this is not the first time I've saw this occur but it will be the last I order my food and watch an employee fix it he goes from touching unclean items to just grabbing buns to prepare my food with his bare hands I call the office and I'm speaking to one of the Managers the caucasian one with dark hair he asks me when was I their and I wave to him from the lobby ,I ask him what is the proper way that the establishment prepares food he say's that McDonald's just started a new way and that his employee's don't all have it together yet he put's on gloves and helps the original guy finish preparing my food the correct way then I ask him for a hot mustard and he has the nerve to question whether I purchased any nuggets after such awful service.McDonald's needs to retrain the managers to look for details as I found on this occasion while the manager looked at these same employee's but acted as he didn't.I can be contacted at 410-513-7748 for more details ask for Marvin.Thanks
