Underwhelming, but your mileage may vary.

This was my first time eating at this establishment. Our party ordered ribs and crab cakes. I tried the "smoked mozzarella penne". It was mediocre at best. Bertolli's, from the frozen section of the super market, is much better. The ribs and crab cakes, I was told, were pretty good. We had a party of six, and as such, had the waitress scurrying to fill requests for refills, napkins, bread and other items. Bread BTW, costs $2.00 after the second basket. I understand the economy is in the crapper, but $2.00 for six slices of bread, c'mon. The first of several aggravations. The second of which are flat soft drinks for all. Awesome! To complete the trifecta, our waitress, Lisa, was most unpleasant. She quickly retorts that there is nothing that can be done about the "flat" sodas, as a technician would have to fix the carbonation system. Excellent! Several minutes later we request another basket of bread and refills. She returns with the refills but no bread. When asked about the bread, she turns and mumbles something about being patient and punctuates that, with what I thought, was a "Jesus Christ!". Very nice! A short period later I test my luck with asking for more bread. This is when I find out about the $2.00 surcharge on "extra" bread. All in all, it was a very underwhelming dining experience. I wouldn't discourage people from going, but I will not be returning for a second visit.
