I had a very poor experience at this location today. The person at the cafe had no personality. She sold me an oatmeal without any side ingredients, nor did she ask me if I wanted any. Why would she give me a fork to eat the oatmeal with? If they had no spoons she should have mentioned it.



I spoke with the manager, Lynsey, because I was unhappy with my service. I indicated the girl had the personality of a mouse, and she yelled at me for calling her partners names. This was an comparison not a name calling. For heaven sake I did not call her any name to her face. Lynsey, certantly did not give me a warm and fuzzy feeling that she wanted my business. She did say she would put a coupon aside for me when I come in next. I would perfer understanding.



This location is my least favorite Starbucks due to the parking lot. I have two other Starbucks that I could go to on my way to work, but this service really upset me. My total bill was $10.48 I got skinny vanilla creme, pkg. of instant coffee, gram crackers and the oatmeal. For this I got the same thing that I would have from a envelope of instant oatmeal. Not a good start to my day.



I had been willing to put up with Starbucks prices because the employees treat you so great and have wonderfull personalities. What is with this treatment?
