By far the WORST store. These guys are paid on a commission basis; they push their agenda and what makes them the most money. When it comes to customer service they fall short of fair. I purchased a S7 edge and "rugged" case from them on Thursday...by Saturday with a drop of 3ft the phone cracked. After calling to tell them what happened and to see if I could apply my insurance and then swap out the Edge for the regular S7 as this model has a better protection capability around the edge, I was told that couldn't happen as the phone you get from insurance is not brand new. Contacted corporate customer service and they said only option is to use insurance they couldn't help. I don't understand how a store who proclaims to be the best can't meet in the middle to make a customer happy even when that customer will have to put out $200 of their own dollars. I've heard countless stories of how Apple has gone above and beyond for their customers but not with these guys.
