Provided by SuperpagesI'm not reviewing the care, as we never got that far. I was surprised at how impersonal the initial call was. Having dealt with in-home nursing before, I expected the personal service I received from the other agency. Instead I barely got out a few sentences before I was interrupted to have the rate given to me. I was less concerned with the rate quote than finding out if the care required would be available (it wasn't - they're not 24 hour staffing company so I had to wait till they opened on Monday to actually learn anything, which was also different than the other top notch agency we've dealt with before).
