Can I get a decent meal

I have been to different KFC/AW but I don't know if I just came at the wrong time but the food was bad. I ordered the 21 pieces shrimps only received 18. Yes, I counted them to make sure I got the right amount. Also the fries and the wedges were hard like a rock. I guess they left them too long in the fryer.

I was disappointed by this restaurant. It is unfortunate that Tracy does not have a long john or a red lobster.
