I was pretty sure my laptop was toast; however, Ed fixed it. He installed a new hard drive on my Mac and had it up and running in less than 2 days. Not only did he fix the problem he also retrieved and transferred all my old files and applications. He explained the entire process and kept me updated each step of the way.



I was incredibly happy with both the service and expertise. I highly recommend Ace Tracy Tech.

Technician was on time, very personable and friendly. He listened as I explained my computer woes and Ed had the necessary knowledge and tools to fix my computer problems quickly. I was thrilled, as I had researched my problem on line through different blogs. I was advised that my new computer was not fixable. Not satisfied with this answer, I visited a computer repair shop in town. The gentleman suggested I return my new computer as the unit was not repairable.



Ed of Ace Tracy Tech had my computer functioning and up and running in no time. I was charged a reasonable fee with no down time with the convenient in home service, which I appreciated. I would definitely use this computer service again, one for the convenience of a home visit and the expertise of the technician.
