This was the worse service I have ever received! When I called and had my car towed there, I said "I NEED A CLUTCH!!! I told the owner Eddie that I know when a clutch goes out. He said that it will be around $1200. He then said we need to charge you $100 to check and see if it's the Clutch! REALLY!! He called back and said well we will replace the Cylinder and it will cost less then the Clutch ($565) and said the part will take 2 days and for me to pay for the part up front. I did. The very next day he called and said yes you need a clutch and told me it will be a 40% restocking fee from O'Reilly's! REALLY!!! They ordered a part that they said I need to save money and turns out like I said from the beginning, I needed a clutch! Now 2 days later he said that he told me that just the labor was $1200!!! JANKIE AUTO SHOP! I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM TO WORK ON MY SON'S POWERWHEEL RIDE ON TOY!!!!!!!!! Im also reporting them to the better business bureau.

LATER! If the mechanics would have just checked out my clutch from the beginning like I said was the issue, I would only be out $100, because at that point I would made a decision if I wanted it replaced with whatever they quoted for the replacement!!!!!!! The fact is the charge to see what the problem is and they skipped over the issue and was guessing! Because the cylinder doesn't matter if there is no clutch, which is the big problem!!!!! Stupid move by this shop! And then to top it off the owner act like he was mad at me! I dont have any money Issues AT ALL!!! I'm just disappointed because the guy seem to nice at first then 2 days later, I'm having to call him several times and he was snacking his lips and getting all bent out of shape! Really!!! Its their fault that all this occurred when they could've told me what was wrong with my Clutch like I asked when I arrive with my car! Yes my car has a lot of other Issues, but the main issue was my clutch!
