Owner need to take some customer skill lesson, from the young man at front desk. Owner going to sink company with attitude. Seen it happen.

Brought my gas blower in to have it repaired. The little short older guy is a smart a$$. Disrespectful customer service.
Laughed at me for not knowing what was wrong with it, and then after charging me $70 it still didn't run right.
Instead of taking it back and hearing more BS from the little man I fixed this part myself. The other people in the shop seem to be nice people.

Be aware of doing buisness with them. The owner or P.I.C. has a poor customer services with a bad attitude. Ignores your presents... like it's a waste of time helping your needs. Gives undeliverable dates and when the services is complete, you'll find that you have to take it back.
Just a precaution for you all potential customers.

Rude MF and an a$$. Very bad customer service, they run a chop shop, repaired my lawn mower put some shady stuff in it. When i took it home it would not start, brought it back, did not gurantee the work and accused me of messing with it 30 mins after i took it and brought it back. Beware! Not even worth one star!

After doing weeks of research on lawnmowers I called this place and talked to the owner or ths guy in charge. The guy was very knowledgeable and told me the difference on all the mower brands. He even has a grass area outside were you can test all the mowers. I had my mind set on the Honda that consumer reports rates #1 but after talking to the guy I decided that the the 20382 toro super recycler was a better choice with the aluminum deck, the Honda engine, the smart speed system, and the best at bagging and mulching also consumer reports #2 so I went with the toro 20382. One of the cool things about this place is you don't have to deal with the big cardboard box. They gas and oil the mower so it's ready to go. They even put it in the back of my suburban so when I got home I just wheeled it out and was mowing in 1 minute. The mower is great all the clipping go in the bag. The bag holds 4 times the clipping of my old mts mower. I mow 2000 sf of grass and this toro rocks I would recommend this mower the quality is like the Mercedes of walk behind mowers. This mower is not carried at any I the big box stores so if your looking for a mower that will last a long time go to this place and get the toro 20382
