THIS GUY SIGN A CONTRACT WITH US AND THE BANK THEN AT THE LAST MIN BACKED OUT OF THE CONTRACT!! WE WILL LOOSE THE HOUSES WE ARE GETTING BECAUSE HE BACKED OUT!!! $3000 DOWN GONE!!! NO HOUSES!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY!! WE LET HIM KNOW ALL THE CHANGES AND HE WAS OK WITH EVERYTHING TILL HE "GOT A NOTHER JOB" DO NOT TRUST HIM EVEN WITH A SIGNED "CONTRACT"!!!

Dan was a pleasure to work with. He showed up everyday and on time. He did a wonderful job on our cabinets. When I had trouble with another vendor, he was there to help me resolve the situation. He was extremely flexible with regards to scheduling and job changes. His pricing is very reasonable. I look forward to working with him on any future projects in our home.

I find this Contractor to be Exceptional. I have worked with many contractors since moving to Tracy 9+ years ago. Dan always shows up on time, Does the Work Requested, is reasonable in his pricing and does work above and Beyound. He is the only contractor I have experience with, that I would consider on any projects.
