After having been a regular customer for over 6 years, I just had an experience with the owner of the store, and I will never shop here again. I had a return/exchange to make on a $60.00 product, that was unused and still had the stores price tag on it. The owner said he wouldn't help me without a reciept. O.K., I locate the credit card receipt, and he then says that isn't good enough, he needs the store receipt. At this point I became annoyed and commented that this wasn't very friendly customer service, and the young man arrogantly said "I am the owner", to which I replied, that may be, but he was being really obstinate.

I informed the "owner" that I had been a good customer for over six yrs., and he actually replied " But not a very big customer, because I have never seen you" !!!

I will never shop here again. Amazing.
