The service tech that came out was GREAT!!! Super friendly & knowlagable. To bad his product/method wasn't worth a crap.

I have a condition that makes me for the most part allergic to spider bites. So, after spending a couple days in the hospital again. I was frantic to have the house & yard sprayed. I called SURE DEFENSE PEST SOLUTIONS and set up monthly service. Six days later.... I was back in the hospital. With new bites!!! When I stoped payment on the check the company called & after explaining my issue they threatend to file charges with the D.A. I don't know what's worse the hospital or jail!!! Either way this place is a crock & now I'm contacting a lawyer.

Sure Defense is an excellent company. Their service and prices are the best around. They are always on time, friendly, and extremely thorough. These guys make sure all of your cobwebs, bugs and other pests are gone. Our last pest control company did not do have the job this company provides. And we had to pay a much higher rate for a job half completed. Sure Defense takes care of everything! This is a company my husband and I tell everyone to use!

I am very very pleased with the service I receive from Sure Defense Pest Solutions. I have referred them to several of my friends because they are prompy, courtious and extremly professional. I will continue to recommend them. GREAT COMPANY.

THEY ARE THIEFS!!!! Even once the contract is over, they bill the people without performing the service. And if you refuse, they hand then account to their collection saying that our computer system automatically bills you even your service was cancelled. They are bunch of ridiculous people who are nothing but thiefs. BEWARE!

BAD SERVICE AND CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP.

We had two different pest control services prior to meeting Sure Defense at the Tracy Bean Festival. We talked extensively about our needs, the fact no one can come in with the locks on all the gates with the pool, and other security items. They accommodated us on a time when we could both be there. They delivered on their guarantee, unlike the others. We have not seen any spiders or ants in over 5 months, since their employ. Unlike the others, they use chemicals. But when dried are not harmful, and there are no fumes. We tried a "green" company, but not powerful enough for Tracy's infamous bugs!!



We are so happy with this company. I recommend them to anyone. Switch over!! You won't be sorry. These people are hard working, decent Americans, running a super business. You can't ask for more.

Awesome Pest Control Copmpany....I love the way they take the time to get rid of all the spider webs that we have!!! We live by the water and experience a lot of them!! Very professional, and they are there to meet the customers needs (I never have experienced that before with other companies). Ofcourse the best part is that I don't have anymore pests!!!

Very Satisfied

Sure Defense has been a great service for us. We haven't seen a spider, insect, and or ant around. The best part of the service is the cob web removal. If your house is like mine, mostly stucco, the cob webs around here stick to everything and then gather dust. It looks horrible. With Sure Defense part of their routine is to sweep these down and not only protect your home from pests but leave your house looking clean and presentable. I called them out once, not on a regular service day, just to knock down the cob webs before I was having a party. They came out just to do that. Now that's what I call customer service. I would recommend Sure Defense Pest Solutions to any and all of my family and friends. Best of all, they are the most inexpensive I have found! :)

I very rarely take the time to write reviews for companies that I have worked with. The customer service was so excellent in this case with Sure Defense Pest Control that I really wanted to take the time to write a review so that others will know. I have worked with many other pest control companies and Sure Defense has exceeded my expectations far beyond what any other pest control company has done for me. The service technician that came to my house was professional, thorough and really took the time to make sure our pest control needs were satisfied. To top all of this off their prices were the lowest in town so not only were they less expensive then my previous company but they were far superior then them as well. I am very excited to keep a long lasting relationship with Sure Defense and would recommend others to do the same.
