This place is a joke... the lady running the place is a complete b#@ch, unbelievable rude, and has no clue what customer service is. I had the windows tinted on my cadillac cts and somehow she managed to destroy my headliner.. left a huge brown stain and an awful stench (probably from the girls B.O). she had the nerve to try and say that both were my fault.. after calling and leaving several messages for 3 days, with no response, i finally got through.. ended up with her buying oxi clean to take care of it. im still working on the smell. oh yeah, and they are WAY over priced. Worst experience with a business to date. Do yourself a huge favor and take your business else where. trust me

By far the worst window tinting I have ever had done. I had to take my car back to have the tint redone just to get the same poor quality application. After contacting the tint supplier they sent me to another tint shop to have my car re-tinted. The owner of that shop laughed when I told him where I got it tinted and said that he just got done repairing another tint job of hers that came from the Ford dealer in Tracy. Not only did she mess my car up but she is messing up brand new cars that dealers are paying her to do. I would think that she would pay a little bit more attention to those at least. So unless you have the time and patience to go back and have your car re-tinted 20 times, I would recommend going to another shop.
