I can vouch that Zeno is the most honest and genuinely helpful guy, when it comes to serving and helping his customers who come to him with their computer problems. No sales pitch, no exaggeration of the issue, just outright pure service. Zeno is good at multi-tasking and would even fix your problems without you having to deposit your computer and he gets it right in his first attempt. By that I mean, you do not have to come back to him with the same problem. I also found his charges to be very reasonable. Though his shop appears to be hardware shop, Zeno can also fix many software related issues and offer valuable consultation. For example, he advised me of alternate web servers to host my web-site that were less expensive that one I had been using.
