Quick and easy. They didn't make me feel foolish for the questions I asked (been there, and it's rude! And will lose you customers), they didn't up sell, didn't suggest a whole lot of other nonsense that I didn't need. Great shopping experience!

I have realistic expectations when I work with these guys. I am an elite rewards member and do most of my purchases through them. I've never had a problem with geek squad stuff they've always just taken care of me. I've sent several devices to repair and had no issues. People need to realize local computer shops can do things like buy used monitors. There are corporate polices that prevent things like this from happening. If you go in with a realistic expectation and not some uneducated irritated person then you won't have any issues.
