I felt very well cared for. Its not every bussiness that give you a cell if you have problems! Brook Tremblay is the only person I would trust to do a piercing.

Very disappointed. Made an appointment a few days ahead of time and he never showed. Didn't bother to call or text. We drove an hour and a half to get a tattoo done, then we sat in the parlor for an hour before we left. Very unprofessional.

Nigel is the F@!king man!! great work Super detail and a pure artist. I recommend anyone in southern/northern MI to hit up this joint for some ink!! These guys know their S*it! Expect the best Tattoo and your expectations will be blown away! Ask for Nigel, the most professional artist I've ever met. I'll move to California and still come back to see the great guys @ Blue Heart in Traverse City! Can't saw enough about these guys...hit em up you'll see!!!! The owner, Rex, is an amazing tattoo artist. The detailing and colors are incredible. I've gone to him twice in the last year, driving 4 hours from Rochester, and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. He fixed my friends tattoo and it looks amazing too.

They were a great help in designing our tattoo and did a great job. They were quick and it came out just the way we wanted. It healed very fast without any problems. It has retained its color great. We have both had a few tattoos and agree that this was the best.
