Denoyer Brothers provided me a quote the next day! They use the best technology to give me an accurate # and I was chocked how reasonable their prices were. I would definitely use them again!

Shop around for something/place different. (Not many places to choose from) Tell you one thing and charge a drastic other, after the fact. Though you are suppose to be working with one person, may get three different people who are all on different pages. You pay for extra insurance for your items, but if they deem that they were broken due to you not paying them extra to "pack the items correctly" it is on you and out of your wallet.

The "lay-over" to receive your items,even if your stuff is the 1st on the truck will be at the very end of the week-to two spectrum, won't know until the day of. Always seemed like we were putting them out when asking questions, even though over $5000 came out of our pocket. However, we did get free, slightly used boxes to pack with out of the deal. Thank you for that gesture... The physical movers ARE in fact friendly and studious, however, the office needs to communicate more with them so everyone is on the same page. Only problem we did not have was with the vehicle mover(out-sourced)! There, they have it together, other than, no one knew who should take the money, so we trusted the driver that he would deliver the check to whomever it was suppose to go to. On our way back, we will be doing everything ourselves.
