He took our $400 deposit on Dec 5th, 2017 for a garage and house addition and never followed through with plans. If we could give less than 1 star we would. He took our $400 deposit on Dec 5th, 2017 for a garage and house addition and never followed through with our plans. He never contacted us, we always called him and were given excuse after excuse about his busy schedule and why he hadn't been out to see us or complete the house plans. After 9 weeks we requested a refund, but he has failed to respond to any of our email or phone calls nor have we received a refund. John Kittle in our opinion, is not trustworthy. Deal with him at your own risk.

The owner John R Kittle is incredibly unprofessional. He publicly made racial slurs and belligerent comments. If he conducts his life this way, I would hate to see how he runs his business and treats his customers. If I could have given him zero stars, I would have.
