Worst customer service I've ever experienced at a U-haul location. Reserved a u-haul online like I usually do, but when I showed up was told I couldn't get it and the car dolly I reserved "would not work" with the car I wanted to tow. Even though I have towed the same car with a U-haul dolly in the past from other locations. Manager was rude, told me I should not have used U-haul's online reservation system, and after only 5 minutes with me, rather than help me figure out what to do, walked away and helped a customer already being helped by another employee. His excuse was "Your issue is going to take a longer time". Horrible atmosphere. Go anywhere but here!
