Frank Catino is a great dentist! I've been to quite a few trying to find one I like (I'm sure we all love going to the dentist). He is very nice and sits with you and holds a conversation while you're waiting for the shots to kick in. I'll definately refer him to anyone.

i had one visit to great lakes dental group.. the assistances were wonderful and the dentist was great but the circulation desk lady kathy was very rude to me over the phone. we resently moved to cadillac and transferred our family to a new dentist . i had to sign a release form for my exrays of course and i had to pay a fee of 20.00 for the dups. that too was fine, but kathy said she never recieved a check and maybe i dropped it on the floor at my home.! wow! i thought. So then i checked things out on online banking and indeed the check was deposited. So i then contact them back and she tells me i have to send another check and i told her that the check was deposited . she then says maybe the doctor took it and deposited it without notifing them.then she tells me she didnt like the way i handled things and i then said you are not very professional your self then mockingly she said to me ohhh poor baby i accused you of dropping your check on the floor poor baby get over yourself! hows that for lack of quality
