My fiance and I have lived here for a little over a year.

We have enjoyed the management team. They are really very great about getting to things as soon as you ask them.

We were also impressed with how well they remember us. We have only seen them once or so but when we would call they remembered what apartment we were in & our names.

While the overall amenities are so so for the comunity..no pool...gym isn't great the newer apartments are really nice.

We love our vaulted ceilings, skylights and loft in ours. It is seriously the coolest apartment we've ever lived in. The attatched garages in the winter are so amazing!

Krista A. I just came across you posted review on Harbour Ridge. Your attitude and other things may have let management to terminate you lease. As for illegal manner of running the complex, I don't know what garbage truck you fell off of but I can tell you you sure stink. I am back home in San Antonio Texas now and woukd like you to know that the wife and I spent five (5) wonderful years at Harbour Ridge. Management, maintance and every envolved with the complex (except usps) were very professional. We had no problems in the five (5) years we were there AND," WE GAVE NO PROBLEMS" in the five (5) years we were there. My question is, " What was your attitude when you money order was lost"? Attitude Counts The reason I came to this website is that we may be returning to Traverse City and to the best complex HARBOUR RIDGE.
