I shopped in Identity many times. We like that store very much, so does my kids. So every time we are up in Traverse City, my kids get their t-shirts and sweatshirts printed. They have a big updated selection of prints and colors. And the employees will always have suggestions, on what's best as far as color matching for the items we choose.

NOT ONLY WAS I PUBICALLY HARASSED, HUMILIATED AND EMBARASSED BY THE EMPLOYEES BY THIS FOREIGN-RAN BUSINESS, I EXPERIENCED POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDES ALL AROUND. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE OUT TO RIP YOU OFF WITH THEIR CHEAP, OVER-PRICED CRAP MERCHANDISE. I WILL NEVER ENTER THIS BUSINESS AS LONG AS I'M IN TC. I'D ADVISE YOU TO HEED MY WARNING AND DO SO AS WELL. IF YOU SHOULD SO HAPPEN TO ENTER, FEEL FREE TO SHOW THEM THIS REVIEW.
