I have never been treated so poorly in my life. After accidentally using a broken machine which cost 9.50$! I was told I could not get a refund. I left with soaking wet clothes covered in detergent. I am 9 months pregnant and had my two daughters with me. I could not believe this women's attitude that was on duty. She was so rude and snotty. She told me that the owner could not refund me because he couldn't claim the money that I lost! She would rather take care of her children and boyfriend who were running around the laundromat. I couldn't believe this! I was told by other customers to call the owner. But any owner who hires someone like that is going to waste my time. I took my wet dripping belongings else where . I will never be back.
