Lautner Irrigation deserves four stars for customer training alone. One of my sprinkler heads failed. I didn’t know the model - just the manufacturer’s name on the top. It was installed twelve years ago, so a newer model was probably needed, but I had no idea what that should be. I didn’t know how adjust it to get the degrees of arc I required. Sure, I did a hitch in the USN. But though the Navy said they’d teach me everything I’d ever need to know, they never mention sprinkler heads in boot camp and “A” school. Fortunately the Lautner Lady found the product I needed, and patiently explained how to get it to do what was needed. I just installed and tested it; it works fine. My wife no longer thinks I’m completely useless.

Ive utilized lautner irrigations services for 3 years now and have finally had enough. The receptionist is very rude and scheduling a setup or winterization is a chore. The wait time this year to setup my irrigation for the summer is now going on 6 weeks. I've been very patient and understanding but have gotten nowhere. Don't waste your time; there are plenty of other good providers out there who are kind and prompt for half the cost!

Lautner Irrigation has taken care of our sprinkler system for many years. We find them to always be outstanding in their products and service and very fair with their pricing. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to get the job done right the first time.

Lautner s prices are way above average but service is below average. I was a customer for about 3 years. During that time the PVC pipe near my irrigation pump cracked due to freezing even though Lautner charged me $150 for winterization. Lautner charged me to repair the PVC pipe. In summer 2013 my irrigation pump failed and I contacted Lautner for an estimate to replace it. The receptionist said a technician would contact me about the pump. No contact so after a week I called again. Same receptionist, same promise to contact me. No contact for another week so I had to hire somebody else. Then in October 2013 the same receptionist contacted me to see if Lautner could winterize my system. They had no record of me calling about the pump during summer. Hire Lautner at your own risk.
