Provided by YP.comAfter they "lost" my husband's entire winter wardrobe of high end heavy, thick cashmere sweaters and designer wool flannel pants, they claimed we brought in paper shredding. When we made a claim, their attorney called us extortionists and offered a penny on the dollar for a settlement. We can't even replace most items. BTW, the owner also owners Elite Dry Cleaners which is equally horrific. Been all over the world never found dry cleaners as bad and incompetent.
