We have 3 poodles (standards and a mini) and my father has a Westie. All the boys need specialized and regular grooming. We have had several groomers over the years, but no one has had the expertise of Melissa and her staff. In addition, the venue is comfortable for the dogs and clean AND our dogs LOVE her!!

Why didn't you just contact them to re-cut it instead of publishing a negative complaint...You people are ridiculous!

I am very unhappy with Melissa's grooming, Samoyed dogs have a double coat since they are an arctic breed. When I looked closely, only one coat, the other, guard coat, was completely brushed out and resulting cold for this winter. Groomers should understand this.
