I called and made tubing reservations for our family,because this is what they recommended whenI asked for their tubbing hours that day. After everybody drove 4 hrs to get here, then another 40 min. to Mt. Holiday, we were told the reservation was for tomorrow. So I spoke with the manger about the inconvenience, they didn't even know how to apologize or something for the mix up. The following day we were running a little late so we called Mt. Holiday to let them know, they told us we didn't have a reservation and that I asked them to cancel it. So not only did they make the reservation for the wrong day, they then canceled the incorrect one and keep telling me that is what I asked for. So not only did they screw up, but also blamed on there costumer. Went to Timberlee Hills after all that and had great costumer care and had a blast tubbing
