Quick response. Great Service. Professional Staff. I used this Company on several different occasions to clean carpets in rental units, as well as for a flooded basement in my home. I have been extremely pleased with their service. The owner is very personable and knowledgeable and the staff is always courteous and professional. We discovered our flood in the middle of the night and were so thrilled that we could reach someone 24 hours a day, as they were able to respond to our call right away and begin cleaning up our home. The carpet cleaning they have done for us has been good as also. They were even able to get major stains out of high traffic areas. I was very impressed. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them for all of our future needs.

I was not happy with this company. It took them just 15 minutes to clean 3 bedrooms, living room, and hall-takes me that long just to vacuum . My renter cleaned the carpets again and the water from her machine was filthy!!! I was so embarrassed(I think she thought I was lying about having the carpets cleaned). I called the owner-he was on the defense right away. I just thought he might want to know his workers weren't doing that great of a job, guess not. His work will speak for itself-word of mouth is the best advertisement!!!!
