They got my data back when tc-geek said it was gone. Fast turnaround, it took them about a day and a half to call me back with the good news. I am so happy, because I had pictures that had never been backed up before. They even showed me how to copy my important stuff to dvd so I wouldn't lose it again.

They gave me a quick fix over the phone. It really got me out of a bind. They are always friendly and have time to help.

Best Buy couldn't remove a virus without wiping out my computer, but that was not an option because my company has software they load and it would take weeks to ship it to them and get it back. TC Computers removed the viruses and got my computer running like new. With their rush service I got my computer back the same day. I am very happy with their service and will recommend them to all my friends in Traverse City.

I had TC Computers come out to my house to fix my wireless printer issues. They were helpful and friendly, arrived on time, and finished up in the time they estimated on the phone. TC Computers fixed my computer fast after northland couldn't figure it out.

They had it done in one day and told me how they found the bad part. The video card had some "leaking capacitors" that they found by "looking at it"... apparently that is not something the other local shops can do.

The capacitors look like tiny cans on the circuit board and when they start leaking brown goo they can cause lockups.
