For more than 40 years, Third Level Crisis Center has been providing crisis services and counseling to the people residing in northern Lower Michigan. Based in Traverse City, Mich., it offers several programs that include Crisis Services, Youth and Family Services, Information and Referral, Free Legal Aid Clinic and Volunteer Opportunities. Additionally, it provides Community Education, Suicide Prevention, Street Outreach, Transitional Living Programs, Pete's Place Youth Shelter and Windfire programs. Third Level Crisis Center partners with the Project S.N.A.P.
