Dr. Miller provides a wide range of care to the community in the Bear River Valley. Dr. Miller has served in many leadership roles at the hospital including Chief Medical Officer and Chief of Staff. He recently retired from politics after serving as Mayor and on City Council of Garland for 10 years. He was awarded the Box Elder County Citizen of the Year in 2017 and has been honored with the District Award of Merit by the Boy Scouts of America.
