Fairway is great. However, Ford Motor Company does not follow through on their own rebates!!!!!

I am filing a written complaint about the rebates that were sent to me to be used between 2/1/12 and 3/ 31/12. I had the service done on 3/13/12 at Fairway Ford in Evans,GA. and signed up on YOUR websight on that same day. As of yet I have not received the $20.00 rebate that is stated on your paperwork!!! The invoice service # is 088604. The rebate was called The Works fuel saver package. If I do not hear from you in the next 24 hours, I will consider this fraud in advertising and will contact the BBB. I bought the car from Fairway Ford and have always had great service from them. As a female, I do not hesitate to take my Escape in for service there. However, your lack of follow through on a rebate gives all your dealers a bad name.
