Southshore gave away my appointment time. Not only that, they didn't give me a courtesy call to let me know I was bumped. They didn't offer to reschedule the appointment. They instead felt it was a better situation to have me sit around, with no information, for over an hour before they told me they couldn't see me.

Furthermore, someone claiming to be from Southshore tried to get my credit card number over the phone. They must have sold my contact info to a phisher to get my card info.

ok this hostpiat is horrible. They dont care about there pateintsat all. iam 13 and i broke my foot so i went in and i had to make 2 HOURS just to get back to a room and then another Hour past and so my mom put on the call button to see if they could give my any thing for pain and it took the nurse 45 MINS, to come in and wen i did get in a room i had to wait an other our for the nurse to evan take my vitals. Then after 3 Hours the nurse came in and said the "Dr." wanted X-rays, i waited 2 Hours for them to just come and get to get my X-rays and then when i was done i waited 4 HOURS and i still had no pain meds and so i puched the call button again and the nurse came in after 20 MINS. and said it would be another to ours bfor the 'DR.' came in because they were busy when all the NURSES AND DOCTORS were all stting at the desk talking so ten finally after 3 HOURS the 'DR." came in and said ok my shift is over so the NURSES are just going to put a cast on it and you are free to go. Outpatient

My husband had out patient surgury and everything went great. All the employees from the receptionist to the nurses were friendly and competent. They made us feel at home the entire stay. They made me feel relaxed and like my husband was in professional hands.
