Horrible!! Bought a fish that lasted only 3 days. They have no guarantees. I was basically told "oh well, guess you got a bad fish and it was their time to go". Would never get anything from there again!!



UPDATE: Turns out it's actually better to go to the store and talk to someone face to face. After Amy tested my water, I was relieved to find out that I hadn't killed the fish and I'm not the Betta Black Widow. I was so pleased at the service I got from Amy that I did end up purchasing another fish. At least I now know that if I see that the fish is struggling, I can call and ask for help. Thanks again Amy.

Terrible customer service. I bought a pond pump from them last year that was guaranteed for three years. Directions that came with the pump said to take it back where purchased for repair or replacement which I did. Allquatics was of no help. Told me to call the manufacturer myself. When I called the manufacturer and told them that I had a broken pump that was still under warranty, they told me the procedure is to take it back to where I purchased it ?????? So what do you do when the retailer refused to help and your fish are outside with water circulation??? I will never buy anything else at Allaquatics.
