By far the WORST experience I have ever had at a Jewelry store. My (now) fiance and I went engagement ring shopping here and fell in love with a setting, I was sized (by them) as a 5.5 by a very nice sales woman. Weeks later my fiance went back to purchase the setting and have the diamond he had previously purchased mounted and the ring resized. When he picked up the ring he was told that he would have to come back to have the diamond remounted as it was not done correctly the first time. Additionally the ring was not sized to a 5.5 it was a 7.5. The week after he proposed to me, I went back to the store. I was greeted that saturday morning by snotty woman who really seemed bothered by me being there. I asked to have my finger resized, to which she scoffed and handed me the ring sizer to size myself. When I got the ring back it was still not the right size and that week one of the small diamonds on the ring had fallen out. I returned the next weekend for them to try again. And again they could not resize the ring to fit my finger. I decided to bring it to Yardley Jewelery to have it looked at and resized properly. I was told that the ring was a size 6 and thats why it didnt fit my finger and also that about half of the prongs were not holding the small diamonds in place. Yardley is currently fixing Felice Pasquale's poor craftsmanship. I am appalled at Felice Pasquale and hope that none of you reading this make the same mistake that my fiance and I did. NEVER SHOP AT FELICE PASQUALE they have no idea what they are doing.
