i.e., A lI stopped in to this place today and was told there was a 20 minute wait. This seemed reasonable for a "no appointment" place. After waiting for 40 minutes, I asked how much longer it would be. I was told that they forgot about me and it would be an additional 20 minute wait. At that point, I had invested too much time in this place, and the hair I saw going out of the salon was mediocre at best. If you want to feel like you are completely unimportant, then this is the place for you.

FRIENDLY-PROFESSIONAL- GOOD SERVICE-

I'm so pleasantly surprised I normally go to a higher end salon here in hamilton but I wanted a change and my girl was stuck in a rut- she didn't want to do a change for me- (she thought I looked "great" as is) SO I WAS AT SHOPRITE AND SAW THIS CUTE HAIR CUT AND BEAUTIFUL COLOR ON A YOUNG LADY i asked where she got her hair done and she said ... the HAIR CUTTERY .... i was hesitant but she gave me her girls name and said they are 3 doors down .. next to cold stone... I gave them a try and I will never go anywhere else again>>> thank you again to the young lady at shoprite

THEY DO IT ALL AT A REASONABLE PRICE --- no more high priced salons that dont deliver for me-- they do great work --- from haircut to color and highlights and even waxing--- but they dont do nails :(

"THIS" haircuttery has friendly professional well trained stylist... you can depend on them to fix any problems and just make you feel great.... the staff is so funny and nice to everyone...its a happy salon ... Trust me they make you feel at home and you don't get charged an arm and a leg for GREAT SERVICE!
