I cannot begin to tell you how disappointed I am with this Accountant and the poor customer service. This accountant has had my tax information for just under two months, and I went in for an office appointment to go over the numbers ( I am a new business owner and my information was a slight mess) however by the time I left we had everything in order. I sent NUMEROUS emails and places Multiple phone calls over the course of the next four weeks asking for an update on the status of my return. I recieved absolutely NO communication regarding this matter. I finally was able to get some sort of answer on the 9th of April (with the deadline being the 15th of course) I was told I would have the completed return by Monday the 13th. Monday came and went with no return and not even the courtesy of a phone call or email with an explanation of the missed promised date. Tuesday morning 14th after two messages left, with no return call on the third placed call I was told I needed to come in for an appointment in the 15th. The date taxes are due to be filed. As a business owner who is unable to schedule appointments with less that 24 hours notice this was not something I was able to accommodate. After asking multiple times what the reason was regarding having to schedule another appointment I was offered absolutely NO explanation. When asked if there was a problem why I was not notified sooner so that I could have scheduled an appointment sooner I was given NO explanation. The accountant himself would not even get on the phone with me, I was stuck talking to his receptionist who could only reply I dont know to my questions and would not even offer to ask him herself to get a reply for me. I have never in my life been treated so rudely by a single company. I will be reporting this company to the BBB as well as speaking to my lawyer to pursue ANY fines associated with the late filing of this return. BEWARE this is a horrible accountant.
