This review is actually got the 433 Bellevue Ave location, located on the 4th floor. A little over a year ago they switched over from family medicine through Capital Healtg to Henry J Austin... Terrible idea! Of course everyone had to re register ( bring in ID, birth certificate etc) due to a new system. I did this in July 2014 and it is now April 2015. I bought my daughter in for her appointment and was asked for the same information that should already be in the system. When asked my the Hispanic woman who was checking me in what happened, she says that she just threw all of that paper work away from last year. Long story short, I had to come in the next day for a nurses visit so that my daughter could receive shots... I mistakenly grabbed my oldest daughters birth certificate and the black lady who does registration says in a very nasty tone, " thats why you should've double checked before leaving the house this mor ing" she went on to say that her boss would be here tomorrow and that I needed to get it in because she would be reviewing her work. I'm currently 8 months with high blood pressure and have no business arguing, so to keep my blood pressure at bay I am going to search for another pediatrician the moment I leave here.
