My old IBM wheelwriter typewriter finally stopped working. Luckily I came across the Karl Business Machines Co, and arranged to drop it off. Rick assured me that it could be fixed, but might take awhile. Finally he called and said it was ready. When I got it home I held my breath, plugged it in, and checked it out. Wow! It was back in perfect working condition and as good as new. I'd definitely give Rick a "10". It should last me many more years and now I'm a happy camper!!

Karl's Business Machines did an excellent job repairing my old vintage typewriter. The service was prompt, reasonable and the machine works perfectly! I would highly recommend.
