DO NOT USE Memorable Monuments. Ron lies. He lies on the phone, in email, and right to your face.
We ordered a marker in the first week in June 2017. We paid in full for the marker and the cemetery’s fee ( which Ron was then supposed to give to the cemetery). The marker was supposed to be done and installed in 6 weeks.
I called, texted and emailed him frequently. Each time he had a new lie, beginning with, “the supplier shut down for a 3 week vacation”. Many of the lies were, “it will be here in two weeks”, “it should be here Friday”, “they sent it a few days ago”. I had to ask him more than once for a proof to approve. Most times, when he returned my call he was driving and ‘did not have the information on him”. He returned my call. I didn’t catch him in his car. He chose to return the call without the file in front of him.
On October 6th I called his supplier, Star Granite in Georgia. I asked when and if my marker had been ordered. They said for privacy they could not talk with me but they would have him call me. He did and he lied again. I followed up with the person at Star to verify Ron’s lie that it would be ready in 2 weeks. The put herself on the line to tell me - in no way would the marker leave their factory in 2 weeks.
Ron had not ordered it yet. When he did order it, he got part of it wrong. He tried to talk us into having the mistake cut off and a corrected piece glued on. On a brand new marker that should have been correct to begin with.
A family member used them a few weeks before we did with the same delay in ordering, lying and general nonsense. The marker also had been paid in full, in May. It was not ordered until October. It was only ordered then because of my call to the supplier.

After shopping around, a friend of mine recommended Memorable Monuments for my husband’s tombstone. I was more then please with the level of customer service. Ron was extremely patient with me during this difficult time, as I wasn’t really sure what I wanted. He inquired about my husband’s interest and likes and helped design a stone that truly represented who my husband was. Not only did this stone represent who my husband was, the price couldn’t be beat by anyone around. I would highly recommend Memorable Monuments
