In 2015, I experienced a house fire resulting in a total loss. After doing some research on local Adjusters, I chose Victor Tonzillo (Priority One Adjustment Services), and I am very happy with my choice. Victor was a straight-shooter from the very beginning, always did exactly as he promised in a timely manner, and represented my interests well throughout the entire process - all for a fee that is less than the larger competitors (from my research). I am extremely happy with my claim settlement offer, and very thankful to Victor (and Executive Assistant Robin) for all of the guidance they provided!

Having to recover from a fire is easier then dealing with Victor from Priority One. Robin, the assistant, is the shining star of that business. Don't sign anything without talking to a lawyer first.

Unfortunately, we had a fire in our house that caused major damage and left it unlivable. FORTUNATELY, we met Victor and Paul from Priority One. They took care of everything for us. They went above and beyond our expectations. We HIGHLY recommend PRIORITY ONE.
