These people are ridiculously rude...from not giving us a place to sit to making us wait 20 minutes...to dirty looks...to snarky comments. It'll be a first and last for us.

My mom loves this place, but it's not the absolute best I've ever been to, although I do continue to go there regularly for manicures. The salon itself is clean, and they use new tools on each person for pedicures, which is something I look for. Sometimes though, especially when I'm getting a pedicure, you can wind up waiting 15-20mins or more even when you have an 'appointment' until they get started on you. But the work is done well, and they are thorough. I pay attention to what they (any one doing my nails) do and if they do things evenly and to both of my hands or feet, and it annoys me when they do something to one side and not the other. As for the people here at Pro Nails, they seem to always do the same things to both hands/feet. Like most places, once they recognize you and you are a regular, you get a little bit more VIP treatment. Since I have been going to the same guy continuously, he takes care of me, and even has given me a few free designs, etc.
