Was told we don't want to even sell you anything because you're only going to return it! I discovered one model they had was rated well so I pulled it off the shelf to make my purchase though it was 25% more expensive than Amazon, yes I could have had it next day from Amazon but I wanted to give my business to this shop that I've had a relationship with all these years a local business if you will. I said aloud this is rated 4 out of 5 stars on line and as I approached the register they both stood there and spoke to me at a high volume with a tone scolding me "This is a final purchase no returns!" At that point I had enough so I turned around put the console back on the shelf and left them with a few words of my dissatisfaction. I'm surprised they're still in business with the type of customer service they practice. From here on out no more and that goes for all those around me if I can help it.
