Been here twice and both times with manufacturer coupons, the cashier tells me my coupons won't scan. After showing that I've purchased the right product/size and the coupon is not expired, she refuses to manually key them in. I have never had a cashier refuse to honor a coupon if the product matches regardless if the register won't scan it. Very poor customer service!
